Challenges

  • Multi-Category Cohesion: With multiple product lines under one umbrella, ranging from pulses and dals to millets, cookies, laddus, and ready-to-cook snacks, there was a need to create unified yet distinct identities across categories.

  • Packaging Revamp: Modern consumers demand shelf appeal. TDH needed packaging that captured attention while communicating trust, purity, and tradition.

  • Event Presence & International Positioning: With growing global presence, the brand needed consistent, high-impact booth and kiosk designs for expos and conferences in India and overseas (notably, the USA).

  •  Differentiation in a Crowded Market: Standing out in the competitive FMCG space, especially for staples like dals and grains - required strong storytelling and visual distinction.

  • Packaging That Speaks: We led the redesign of TDH’s extensive product range, including pulses, millet grains, millet noodles, cookies, and urad laddus, creating eye-catching, informative, and category-specific packs with vibrant aesthetics and trust elements.

  • Global-Ready Booth & Kiosk Branding: We conceptualized and executed stall designs for high-profile events like TANA 2025, where TDH Group was a Silver Sponsor. Booths were crafted to highlight:

  4. This included kiosk structures, backdrop panels, product displays, and directional branding in both compact and grand formats.
